Third Future Schools is a high-achieving and growing network of charter schools. The Southern Hills school in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a First Grade teacher. The role supports students in improving academic proficiency, building habits of success, and fostering a safe, orderly learning environment. Teachers are supervised by the principal and assistant principal.

Classroom teachers receive strong support through lesson plans, demonstrations of learning, and student assignments and activities provided by expert curriculum developers. Teachers have minimal duties, with only four days of school responsibilities each month. Teacher assistants assist by copying and grading papers.

For a teacher with at least three years of demonstrated achievement results, the maximum salary is $70,000.
