Third Future Schools is a high‑achieving and growing network of charter schools. The network’s school in Wichita Falls, TX, Hirschi Middle School, is seeking a DYAD Elective Foreign Language Consultant to lead engaging elective classes for students.

Third Future Schools will provide student elective access through DYAD Electives, a specialized experiential learning model designed to build critical thinking, communication, creativity, and other essential 21st‑century skills through hands‑on learning experiences. Students are grouped and participate in elective‑style courses that may include technology, fitness, arts, and other enrichment experiences.

This role is part of the DYAD program, where “two in one” reflects the connection between classroom learning and community‑based expertise. DYAD is designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the community by bringing in individuals with real‑world knowledge and first‑hand experience to provide students with meaningful, hands‑on learning opportunities.

• Provide engaging, structured, and experience‑based instruction in the elective.
• Develop and deliver curriculum aligned to the elective.
• Plan, lead, and manage a class that reflects expertise and DYAD program expectations.
• Create a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
• Actively teach, monitor, and engage students throughout the class period.
• Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school expectations.
• Ensure students are participating in meaningful, hands‑on learning experiences.
• Communicate professionally with campus staff and leadership.
• Be prepared, consistent, and dependable in daily instruction.
• Use expertise to connect classroom learning to real‑world experiences.
• Contribute positively to the culture of the school and the integrity of the DYAD program.
• Create opportunities for parents and families to see and celebrate student accomplishments through showcases and presentations.

This is an hourly position paid at $30 per hour. No benefits are provided.
