Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls is seeking enthusiastic Youth Development Staff to join our team in Wichita Falls, Texas. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week during the school year, with up to 35 hours during summer and breaks, and includes paid time off, sick days, holidays, and a 401K match.
You will plan and run engaging activities for youth ages 6-18 across our clubs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and are eager to gain experience in after-school programs.
