Boeing Aerospace Operations – Boeing Global Services (BGS) and the F-22 GTE Services Team are seeking a Mid‑Level Training Device Technician (Maintenance) to support our team in Sheppard AFB, TX.

• Provide F‑22 training device maintenance services, including repairs, tests, installations, configuration, upgrades, and modifications of F‑22 Maintenance Training Device (MTD) components, hardware, and software.
• Perform detailed inspections for pre‑operations, post‑operations, and component handling; inspect components and LRUs to verify status prior to installation.
• Consult with engineers to troubleshoot systems and support equipment; isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
• Conduct functional tests of training device systems and monitor device instrumentation and indicators.
• Execute a multidisciplinary range of technical systems applications and activities; install, configure, and maintain multi‑platform systems hardware, software, and components.
• Ensure systems meet architectural objectives and evaluate complex system production readiness and supportability.
• Document work per engineering planning documents and/or technical manuals.
• Maintain excellent customer interface and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Work independently, one‑on‑one, and within a team setting.
• Perform logistics, administrative, and other collateral duties necessary to maintain F‑22 maintenance training devices.

• 3 or more years of experience in electrical, mechanical, paint, machine maintenance, or aircraft maintenance.
• 3 or more years of experience maintaining avionics and/or electronic equipment.
• 3 or more years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computing system hardware and software.
• Experience with aircraft ground equipment.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance (active within the past 24 months).

• Experience operating F‑22 unique equipment (AGE – Aircraft Ground Equipment).
• Experience with Polyalphaolefin coolant (PAO), Cart Hydraulic Test Stand, Store Energy System (SES) Cart, and Nitrogen Cart.
• Experience with F‑22 maintenance.

• Active US Secret Security Clearance required; US Citizenship or lawful permanent resident.
• Position requires a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Position is not Safety Sensitive.

• Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America).

• Pay Range: $58,650 to $79,350.
