Manufacturing domain, Shop Floor support, Methods Engineering Exposure to Aircraft Primary, Secondary Structures and Systems

• Observe the assembly operations on shop floor and Document and photograph any shop aids not mentioned in the current work instructions (WI) and compile a list of these aids by workbook for customer.
• Identify any 'Condition of Supply' (COS) documents that need to be created or revised for parts requiring configuration changes and provide a list by part number and workbook for the customer
• Conduct a product condition check via a Last Article Inspection (LAI) on the customer site production line. Capture any undocumented 'Shop Aids and provide report to customer
• Prepare or review Last article inspection documentation.
• Write and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components.
• Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents
• Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components. Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production
