Collaborate and supervise Sales, Operations, and project management teams age and oversee key supply chain KPIs like Cat shortages, supplier performance and Master tracker. Manage and organize level 1 team members in supplier evaluation and recovery efforts. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors. Expertise in interpreting engineering, drawings, digital product definitions, specification, purchase orders, tooling, and other data deemed necessary in order to overseeing the schedule by supplier.

Expertise in interpret dimensional tolerances/ functional requirements/CTQs/ Quality plan. Mandate Project Management training per PMI, USA (Project management Institute) guidelines. Manage the suppliers using TechM & customer supplied tools and procedures. Perform supplier capability and capacity assessments and manage actions to closure. Manage the Transfer of Work (ToW) Plan for Every Part(PFEP) for supplier.
