PositionFull-time Clinical Director.
A Day in the Life as a Clinical DirectorWe are seeking a licensed therapist supervisor that is eager to meet the challenges of helping at‑risk youth who have experienced trauma, have conflictual relationships, and are struggling in their day to day lives. Our Clinical Director will help lead our clinical team by providing in‑house clinical supervision to strengthen our therapists' clinical skills. As a Clinical Director you are able to utilize a variety of evidence‑based modalities and have opportunities for additional trainings and certification.

Individuals who want to expand their clinical skills and have the ability to provide high quality services to not only the high‑risk youth but also to provide supervision and guidance for the therapists that they will serve. Candidates must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure at the time of hire.
Knowledge and skills to complete diagnostic interviews, create treatment plans, and provide high quality clinical interventions.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy; two years’ experience in child and family services; certification in clinical supervision.
