Clinical Director

Full‑time Description

Work schedule will be M‑F 8am‑5pm with on‑call required. This is an in‑office position.

We are looking for a full‑time Clinical Director to add to our team. All you need is a master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, at least two years’ experience in child and family services, and a certification in clinical supervision. We will teach you the rest!

We are seeking a licensed therapist supervisor who wants to help at‑risk youth who have experienced trauma, have conflictual relationships, and struggle in their day‑to‑day lives. As Clinical Director you will lead our clinical team by providing in‑house clinical supervision, strengthening therapists’ clinical skills, utilizing a variety of evidence‑based modalities, and benefiting from additional training and certification opportunities.

• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure at the time of hire.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic interviews, create treatment plans, and provide high‑quality clinical interventions.
• Experience supervising and guiding therapists while providing high‑quality services to high‑risk youth.
