Plasma Processor (Customer Service) – We train

• Collect, process, and label donor samples for processing and testing.
• Record product weight and sample data.
• Freeze units and pack samples for final shipment within required time frames.
• Monitor stored products and report equipment working conditions.
• Maintain active communication and quality standards.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with extreme temperatures.

Work is performed in a plasma center. Exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold below 32°F while working in a plasma freezer. Protective equipment required such as eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear. Standing for 4 to 6 hours per day. Light lifting of 15 lbs on occasion, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs. Ability to listen to and understand spoken words and sentences and perform within the guidance of oral or written instructions.
