Strong communication and leadership skills. Collaborate and supervise Sales, Operations, and project management teams age and oversee key supply chain KPIs like Cat shortages, supplier performance and Master tracker. Manage and organize level 1 team members in supplier evaluation and recovery efforts. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors. Expertise in interpreting engineering, drawings, digital product definitions, specification, purchase orders, tooling, and other data deemed necessary in order to overseeing the schedule by supplier.

Expertise in interpret dimensional tolerances/ functional requirements/CTQs/ Quality plan. Mandate Project Management training per PMI, USA (Project management Institute) guidelines. Manage the suppliers using TechM & customer supplied tools and procedures. Perform supplier capability and capacity assessments and manage actions to closure. Manage the Transfer of Work (ToW) Plan for Every Part(PFEP) for supplier. Oversight of all Project, Receive artifacts from purchasing agent, Finalize Plan for every Part (PFEP) and Buffer Stock Plan.

Verify Supplier has Current Engineering Design, Programming and Planning, Tool Set up, Raw Material Secured. Evaluate, identify and implement actions to improve and manage manufacturing quality control processes, types of manufacturing methods to be adopted, list of processes to be followed, tooling, fixtures and gauging. Manage supplier engagement and recovery when necessary. Manage the effective industrialization and rate production of new SOW
¿ s. Manage overall scope, schedule, cost and quality of the program statement of work. Monitoring of risk management, metrics and continuous improvement. Expertise in PPAP, APQP to manage schedule and quality effectively.
