Howmet Aerospace s Wichita Falls, TX facility has an opening for a Monoshell Operator. Must be able to work rotating shifts (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off). This opening will be on a 6:48 p.m. to 6:48 a.m. shift. Starting pay rate is $22.80 and tops out at $27.32 at 9 months. All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Job summary:
Working under general supervision, apply repetitive ceramic slurry coating to finished patterns, perform post-dipping operations, perform dewax duties as required, rotate through all monoshell operations daily, and perform cleaning tasks of towers and support equipment.
Essential functions include: using computers for data entry, reading and interpreting product criteria and activity instructions, functioning as a team member under general supervision, maintaining expected quality levels, and complying with site policies including EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct, and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook.
Job responsibilities include pattern selection based on production schedules, checking for quality, logging lot traveler data, and performing processing steps such as loading cases on lines, monitoring equipment, applying codes, and maintaining coating quality throughout cycles. Additional duties include housekeeping, mold preparation, and dewax operations with adherence to EHS rules. Overtime may be required.
Environmental Health and Safety responsibilities include complying with EHS regulations, wearing PPE, reporting illness or injuries, reporting safety concerns, and attending EHS training.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, standing for long periods, climbing, repetitive motions, and more, with reasonable accommodations available. Work environment includes exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, noise, and temperature variations.
QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Access to export-controlled items; employment offers conditioned on lawful access.

- Basic computer skills
