WAX OPERATOR

Full time. No remote work availability. Must be able to work 12‑hour rotating night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and may be required to work overtime.

Wax "A" operators are responsible for pattern inspection, sub‑assembly, and mold assembly, including gating, seal operations, and injection of 35‑ton/50‑ton/ET‑50/SI‑250 components. Wax "B" cell training requires a minimum of 90 days. Operators undergo written and practical skill assessments and may transfer between
* A* and
* B* status upon completion of refresher training.

• Basic computer skills.
• Read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).

• Attend all required EHS training.

• Stair climbing.
• Reaching near, far, and overhead.
• Pushing, pulling, twisting, and handling material.
• Lifting from floor‑to‑waist, waist‑to‑chest, and chest‑to‑overhead.
• Finger pressing and operating keyboards, mice, and hand tools.
• Gripping and pinching.
• Carrying items with two hands or one hand.
• Moderate physical effort, including prolonged standing.
• Squatting, crouching, or bending to retrieve stored items.
• Lifting over 5 lbs.
• Pass Jaeger I eye exam.

Instruments used include injection machines, hot plates, hand tools, engraving machines, and gauging fixtures.

• Vision testing.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; eligibility verification required a sponsorship not available.
• Access to export‑controlled items conditional upon lawful eligibility.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of wax operations.
