Job Summary:
Avir at Park is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Admissions Coordinator to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX. As a Marketing Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and growing our patient base.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new patients
Assist in planning and executing special events, campaigns, and initiatives to increase visibility and drive growth
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the intake process and ensure a seamless transition for new patients
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other industry professionals
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Create and track reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Marketing Admissions Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practice
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
