LVN​/LPN Assisted Living Wellness Director

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents.

You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care, consistently collaborate with community leadership, mentor and engage your associates, and build resident and family satisfaction.

• Manage day‑to‑day clinical services of a complex community, ensuring residents’ healthcare needs are met and treated with respect and dignity.
• Supervise and coach licensed nurses and direct‑care staff.
• Potentially lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members.

• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

• Structured six‑week orientation, online resources, local nurse mentors and ongoing support.
