Wound Care Nurse (RN or LVN) – Wichita Falls, TX

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse. Join our dedicated team at Swan Health

• Supervise patient care
• Administers treatment as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established infection control protocols
• Performs and records weekly pressure ulcer assessment and measurement documentation
• Monitors the progress of wound healing and makes recommendations
• Assures compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

• At least two years' of Wound Care experience preferred
• Current Texas RN or LVN license
• Must have current CPR Certification
• Wound Care certification
• Compassionate Nurse with great time management skills
