In-Office Procedures:
- Occipital nerve blocks
- Botox for chronic migraine & spasticity
- VNS adjustments
- DBS programming
- EMG/NCS
- Outpatient EEGs (performed by experienced neurology nurse)
Compensation & Benefits
- $350k base with productivity bonus
- Training stipend for residents/fellows
- $40,000 practice activation bonus
- $10,000 relocation allowance
- 3 weeks PTO + 10 days CME
