Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Abilene, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at an LTACH in Abilene, TX.

Title: LPN – LTACH
Location: Abilene, TX
Schedule: 13‑week contracts – AM/PM PRN shifts
Hourly Pay: $35.00

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Administer ventilator and tracheostomy care.
• Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• At least one year of acute or medical‑surgical experience, including ICU if possible.
• LPN license in the state of assignment or a compact license.
• BLS certification.
• English language proficiency.
