Department: Sage Specialty Hospital of Wichita Falls
PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) – Wichita Falls, TX Responsibilities- Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
- Communicate with attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal patient/family care.
- Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and report changes in patient condition and need to RN.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including 12‑hour shifts.
