Now hiring for PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in Wichita Falls, TX! Essential duties include:
- Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
- Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
- Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN.
- Great time management skills.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts.
- Have dependable transportation.
