Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Wichita Falls, TX

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical units during night shift hours
• Float between Medical Surgical units as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Complete orientation modules as required during onboarding
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic health record systems
• Adhere to facility compliance requirements and travel nurse protocols throughout the contract period

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Active Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Must be willing to float between Medical Surgical units

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system strongly preferred
• Familiarity with travel compliance documentation processes and timelines

• Contract opportunity with up to a 20-week engagement, offering stability and extended placement
• Scheduled at 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee, providing consistent and predictable hours
