• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Take and record vital signs
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care
• Follow all care plans and facility protocols
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care teams

• Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 3–6 months experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to assist with lifting and resident mobility
• Reliable and able to work independently
