Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that align with organizational goals and standards
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote positive patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and unit activities
Current RN/LVN licensure in the state of Texas
Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role
