  Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe.

  Non-billable if completed in the first 16 hours of orientation, average 2‑3 hours of modules. Recorded via Oracle during orientation.
• Hard document due date: 3 business days prior to start, may be flexible on a case‑by‑case basis if pending docs/ETAs are communicated to facility contact by the due date.
