  **- Experience managing a variety of conditions such as abdominal pain*, acute psychosis*, asthma*, burns*, drug overdose*, head injuries*, infection*, near drowning*, neuro-trauma*, and more
  - Skills in procedures like arterial line management, central line care/management, intubation*, phlebotomy, procedural sedation administration/monitoring*, and management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
  - Proficient in interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs)*, dysrhythmias, and obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG
  - Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management*, continuous IV sedation, isolation precautions/PPE*, IV vasopressors, management of dysrhythmias, managing violent behavior*, starting and maintaining IVs, and triage
• ** Licensure and Documentation:**- License in-hand required before start- ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/Nursys required with submission
  - Availability to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion
• ** Scheduling and Orientation:**- 36/48 hour alternating schedule; 84-hour biweekly guarantee
