Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with trash disposal and overall kitchen sanitation
- Support dietary staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper infection control and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified food handler's certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting is a plus
- Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
