Baker and Packager Associate

Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution;
Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items;
Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service while working with a team to meet club goals.
