Store Sales Associate

Location:

Wichita Falls, TX.

Starting Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour. Full‑time benefits and weekly pay.

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
• Sunday:
  Closed.

• Greet and assess needs of wholesale and retail customers as they enter the store, offering solutions.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
• Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing.
• Ensure the store is always clean and stocked with paint and other store products.
• Process orders and payment requests received in‑person, by phone, online, and/or email.
• Use the POS system to receive payments and cash out customers.
• May be trained to make local deliveries using the company vehicle.
• Report to the Store Manager.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history.
• Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.
