POSITION TITLE

The Grubbs Family has been in the automobile business since 1948. Now managed by the fourth generation, The Grubbs Family of Dealerships proudly represents a variety of brands stretching across multiple locations in Texas and Oklahoma. We are looking for self‑motivated and reliable individuals for our Sales department at our CDJR dealership in Wichita Falls. The sales position focuses on achieving high volume sales by building lasting customer relationships and maintaining the Grubbs’ Dealership standards with every deal. These individuals will be self‑motivated, efficient, and collaborative.

The sales person must be willing to learn and apply the principles and terminology of the automotive/dealership world, or have previous experience to translate into this role. It is essential to understand the Sales Role within the scope of the Grubbs’ Family standard. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and clear a drug screening prior to employment
