Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen people, packages, bags, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with site policies and reporting procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery information, and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document screening-related concerns, policy violations, and/or operational disruptions;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for security-related issues, restricted area concerns, and/or conditions that could impact daily operations
