James Lane Mechanical is seeking an experienced Lead Fire Protection Sprinkler Technician to lead our Fire Sprinkler Division in Wichita Falls, TX. You will own sprinkler projects from layout through final acceptance, serving as technical authority and license holder for all installations.
You will drive planning, coordinate material procurement, and manage crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining NFPA 13/14/20 compliance and strong client relationships.
