CDL Truck Driver

CDL Truck Driver Pay: $27.50 per hour

Day Shift;
Weekends/Overtime as needed.

You will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. transportation team, transporting agricultural materials to customers and other locations. The role is local, and you will return home nightly.

• Follow all driving and safety policies.
• Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers.
• Adhere to all safety processes and insist on safety practices for self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintain forklift certification.
• Operate within an assigned regional area, transporting agricultural inputs efficiently.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license including Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and HAZ‑MAT licensure (or ability to obtain).
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and a respectful demeanor.
• Preferred: 2+ years of commercial driving experience.

• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may involve dust and chemicals.
• Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
