Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A Flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the Western United States. The role involves transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position offers a competitive pay package and benefits, with a limited‑time $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates.

• Transport goods and materials on regional flatbed routes.
• Operate fleet vehicles safely and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to scheduled home time, typically off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset.
• Perform pre‑and post‑trip inspections and report any vehicle issues.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Safe driving record and no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• At least 4 months of flatbed driving experience (preferred: 1 year).
• Passed background check, drug test, and clearinghouse test.
• Physically capable of lifting a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice.

• Hiring bonus: $5,000 paid over 12 months (4 quarterly $1,250 payments) for current drivers with active employment.
• Accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay.
• Transition package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 orientation stipend).
