Good Works Talent is partnering with a growing, relationship-focused tax planning and tax preparation firm in Wichita to identify an exceptional Accounting Administrative Assistant.

This isn't your everyday administrative position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others depend on - the organizer, problem solver, and relationship builder who keeps everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, enjoy variety in your work, and take pride in creating an outstanding client experience, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

About Our Client

Our client is an established and growing tax planning and tax preparation firm dedicated to helping individuals and business owners make smarter financial decisions through proactive tax strategies, responsive service, and trusted long-term relationships.

Their success is built on exceptional client care, strong teamwork, continuous improvement, and a genuine desire to help clients navigate complex tax matters with confidence. As the firm continues to grow, they're investing in people who want to build a long-term career - not just fill a position.

This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support.

You’ll become a key member of a collaborative team, helping coordinate the day-to-day operations that allow tax professionals to focus on delivering outstanding advice and service. You’ll interact with clients, support tax preparation and bookkeeping activities, coordinate payroll services, organize workflows, improve processes, and help ensure every client receives a professional and responsive experience.

If you enjoy meaningful work, continuous learning, and making a visible impact every day, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow in this position.

What You'll Accomplish in Your First Year
