The Senior Accountant is a key member of the finance team responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining the integrity of job costing and general ledger transactions in Net Suite. This role provides senior-level expertise, leads complex reconciliations and supports strategic decision-making. The Senior Accountant works closely with the Controller and department specialists to ensure timely and accurate financial processes, compliance, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of job costing, construction or project-based accounting preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and lead complex accounting initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and accounting software.
• Compliance with company safety policies, drug/alcohol testing, and all applicable regulations.
• Valid driver’s license
