- Own the monthly close and financial reporting

- Assist with cash flow forecasting, banking, and financial reporting
- Oversee payroll and related accounting processes
- Manage a Project Accountant
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and introduce construction accounting best practices
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- Strong construction accounting background
- Managerial experience preferred
- Month-end close

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
