Reporting To: Grant Girrens
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 / year
DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Branch Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our branch office.
This role partners closely with the Branch Sales Manager and Branch Operations Manager to support sales, production, customer communication, and administrative functions. You’ll help keep workflows aligned, customers informed, and the office running efficiently.

What You’ll Do Branch Coordination & Operational Support- Support daily branch operations and workflow management
- Serve as the central communication hub between sales, operations, and field teams
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Step in where needed to keep the branch running smoothly
- Handle customer intake for repairs and new sales leads
- Respond to job‑related questions and assist with issue resolution
- Support customer follow‑ups and positive review generation
- Help manage escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with accounts receivable collections and deposits
- Track expenses and maintain organized financial documentation
- Manage incoming mail and maintain office systems
- Maintain accurate job documentation (warranties, IR forms, paid‑in‑full invoices)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure branch systems and compliance tracking remain organized and current
- Coordinate repairs and special projects
- Prepare materials and information for sales and production teams
- Manage marketing materials and branch technology inventory
- Help coordinate branch meetings and team events
- Collaborate with other Branch Coordinators and central teams
- Support a positive, high‑accountability branch culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Administrative or operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Customer‑first mindset
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Adaptable and team‑focused
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Customers feel informed and supported
- Sales and operations teams are aligned and efficient
- Branch processes are organized and consistent
Nothing falls through the cracks
- $45,000-$55,000 base salary
- $5,000-$10,000 in variable income potential
