Jr. Office Assistant Facilities

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, keeping spaces organized, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? Little Stars Therapy Services is looking for a dependable and motivated Jr. Office Assistant Facilities to support the daily upkeep and organization of our clinic environment.

This position is ideal for a high school or college student looking to gain real-world experience in a professional healthcare setting while building responsibility, teamwork, and organizational skills in a supportive environment.

At Little Stars, every role contributes to the experience our children, families, and staff have each day. From helping prepare spaces for events to ensuring our clinic stays clean, stocked, and welcoming, your work truly matters.

What You'll Do
  • Restock bathroom, kitchen, and therapy room supplies
  • Help maintain clean and organized shared spaces
  • Wipe down surfaces, vacuum common areas, and assist with light janitorial upkeep
  • Assist with setting up furniture, materials, and supplies for events or new clinic setups
  • Support outdoor cleanup, including entrances and shared exterior spaces
  • Help organize maintenance tools and supplies
  • Assist with loading and unloading supplies or event materials
  • Support simple administrative or data entry projects as assigned
  • Run approved errands if age 16+ with a valid driver's license

  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Qualifications
  • No prior experience required - training provided
  • High school students, college students, or individuals seeking entry-level experience encouraged to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Part-time position
  • Primarily weekday hours between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends depending on events and projects
