Position
Receptionist – Part Time
LocationWichita, KS
CompensationHourly wage: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour.
Shift ScheduleMonday – Friday, hours to be determined.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them with exceptional customer service.
- Answer or locate answers to any questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees, both in person and by telephone.
- Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks and ensure phone calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills when needed.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Criminal clearance required.
- Good health and physical and mental capacity to perform assigned tasks; health screening by physician within six months prior to or seven days after employment, and TB free at screening.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for most of the day; sedentary periods of one to three hours required; ability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.
