Minimum starting pay is $15.45 hourly.

Work Schedule:

Mon - Fri - 8 AM - 5 PM

Performs advanced customer service tasks for the Office of the District Attorney. Processes departmental documents involving significant procedure and sequence in accordance with established and accepted policies and procedures.

Receptionist

* Maintain a professional atmosphere in the lobby

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately

* Record staff out to destination and back in to our office

* Greet and direct visitors to proper locations

* Assist walk-ins as needed

* Receive and sign for mail or deliveries

* Ensure everyone entering secure office signs in as required

Other

* Scan documents at needed for assigned responsibilities

* Clip newspapers articles marked for retention

* Secure documents to be picked up from our office

* Maintain updated resources and reference material

eFile Traffic Control (Criminal Cases)

* Monitor eFile emails in a timely manner

* Document and distribute as needed based on established procedures and protocols

* Verify filing as complete or notice addressed as needed

* Move to appropriate folder

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent including or supplemented by courses in secretarial and/or business subjects. Two years of experience in varied clerical and secretarial work or any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish
