Facilitates student registration and records services for one (1) or more registrar areas. Utilizes relevant technology platforms and recommends process and procedural changes as needed.
Essential FunctionsProcesses, manages, and troubleshoots transcript, enrollment, and record requests and verifications. May lead and train support staff, as needed. Provides customer service, guidance, and coordination for assigned area of responsibility. Ensures records and/or systems are accurate and reliable. Assists with testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing recommendations for system and/or process upgrades of new technologies. Provides and/or assists with prompt resolution to initial records and registration policy and procedural inquiries or concerns.
Job DutiesProcesses and troubleshoots major changes, transcript, enrollment, and records requests while ensuring accuracy and reliability of systems. Provides customer service and guidance, resolves registration inquiries, and supports system testing and process improvements. May assist with training staff as needed.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in general office, clerical, administrative support or related field

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to working with students, faculty and staff in a service-oriented manner
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a specific work group and larger office team
- Proficient knowledge of various software technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
