As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who will become a trusted partner to the owner, helping bring order, organization, and operational excellence to our growing business.
Position OverviewThis is much more than a traditional Executive Assistant role.
You’ll become the owner's right hand, helping manage priorities, organize projects, coordinate schedules, and keep the business moving forward. Your job is to create structure, anticipate needs, solve problems before they happen, and protect the owner's time so they can focus on growing the company and serving homeowners.
You’ll work closely with our Administrative Assistant while utilizing established systems, playbooks, and Executive Assistant coaching. As the company grows, you’ll have opportunities to grow professionally.
Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Environment: Primarily In-Office
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Potential opportunity to transition to W-2 for the right candidate.)
What You'll Do- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize projects, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Keep leadership accountable to important commitments and timelines
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Improve systems and identify opportunities to make the business run more efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
- Partner closely with the Administrative Assistant to keep operations running smoothly
- Protect the owner's time so they can focus on revenue-generating activities and company growth
- Previous Executive Assistant experience
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable respectfully holding leadership accountable
- Highly proactive—you don't wait to be told what needs to be done
- Strong technology and computer skills
- Operations or office management experience
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or business owners
- Process improvement mindset
- Real estate experience (preferred but not required)
