Role DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant role is a part‑time, hybrid position based in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. This role supports daily office operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining records. The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls, greet visitors, respond to emails, and coordinate communications between internal team members and external clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing correspondence, assisting with basic data entry, arranging logistics for meetings or events, and providing executive‑level support as needed.
The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to professional, courteous service.
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office support.
