Compassionate Hospice Admin Support Volunteer

Provides volunteer support to the hospice program under the supervision of the volunteer coordinator. Responsible for providing clerical assistance to the hospice staff as designated by the volunteer coordinator/patient care manager. Duties may include preparing mailings, research, other projects at home or in the office, filing paperwork, computer data entry, answering the telephone, assisting with mail, and running errands.

Hospice volunteers make a difference to patients and families at a very difficult time in their life. Volunteers often find their own lives enriched knowing their efforts have made a positive impact on another person’s life.
