Foreman Technician – Walser Automotive Group

As a Lead Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicles running safely and efficiently—while supporting and mentoring a team of skilled technicians in a positive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and inspect repair work with accuracy and efficiency in line with dealership and factory standards

• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional work, repair timelines, and customer updates

• Coach and mentor technicians to build skills, maintain safety, and achieve performance goals

• Track and review team productivity and repair quality daily

• Stay up to date on manufacturer technical bulletins and training programs

• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What You’ll Bring:

• Current ASE Certifications required

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Strong diagnostic and repair experience

• Reliable, customer-focused, and safety-minded

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
