Affinity Automotive Services is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Wichita, KS. This growing independent repair shop offers approximately $60,000 in base salary with $100,000-$125,000+ OTE, a Monday-Friday schedule, and an opportunity to grow as the shop expands.

• Build trust with customers and guide them through repair decisions.
• Prepare accurate estimates and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Help customers understand their vehicle’s service and repair needs.
• Work closely with technicians to support quality and efficient workflow.
• Support shop performance while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional, transparent communication.

• 5-7+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, integrity-focused approach to customer service.
• Organized and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Driven, collaborative, and team-oriented.

• Approximately $60,000 base salary.
• $100,000-$125,000+ OTE through base salary + commission.
• Weekly advance against commission.

Affinity Automotive Services is a growing independent shop with a clean, professional environment and a strong technician team. The shop currently handles approximately 50 vehicles per week, reports an $800-$850+ average repair order, and is working toward significantly higher car count. With an existing advisor moving into management, this position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow with the business.
