Procurement Agent

Full Time Role

Join our team as a Procurement Agent and help drive procurement strategies for IT, engineering software, and business services. You’ll work with internal teams and vendors to manage contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure smooth purchasing operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead sourcing efforts for IT, HR, and other business service categories
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts (SOWs, MPSAs, MPAs, etc.)
  • Support the RFx process and vendor selection
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards
  • Analyze costs and contribute to cost-saving initiatives

    • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing
  • Strong contract negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with IT/software contracting is a big plus
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field (Or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
