Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) team supporting strategic priorities in our Equipment, Technology, and Services (ET&S) businesses. The IT team is a vital component in KES' strategy to improve business performance through technical innovation and profitable transformation. Our team functions as a startup entity within our enterprise to develop innovative solutions and build a market for their solutions through transforming KES work processes.

As a Business Analyst on the IT Process Delivery Team, you will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment supporting our engineering, commercial, manufacturing and supply chain functions. By building authentic relationships grounded in trust and transparency, facilitating collaboration, and championing thoughtful change management, we empower ET&S and our business partners to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

• Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on assigned initiatives. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Map, document, and evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and pain points.
• Plan, coordinate and manage IT projects aligned with ET&S strategic priorities. Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality results.
• Engage stakeholders in adopting process improvements. Develop and execute communication plans, and monitor impact.
• Use data analysis tools to assess process metrics and track KPIs, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Utilize process modeling software (e.g., Visio), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure Dev Ops), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

Basic Qualifications
:

• Proven experience in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of change management principles
• Proficiency with process modeling, project management, and data visualization software
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive results

• Proficiency or experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to optimize process performance.
• Advanced knowledge of process improvement and re-engineering techniques
• Experience performing cost-benefit analyses and delivering presentations and training
• Capacity to influence and advise on complex issues across diverse disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and apply sound judgment in selecting methods and solutions
