Job Summary
This senior role in the Boeing Global Services Distribution Business is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of allocated programs. The specialist leads program enhancement, manages customer relationships, and ensures continuous improvement of program management tools and processes.
- Accountable for profitability and performance of assigned program(s).
- Enhance existing programs and implement new ones.
- Maintain and create personalized relationships with assigned customers.
- Improve customer program management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with internal leaders on strategy, execution, and customer relationship management.
- Administer contractual obligations and ensure recoveries and remedies meet commitments.
- Coordinate and clarify analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope for business goals.
- Manage program metrics and integrate best program management practices.
- Facilitate resolution of program issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide in‑depth analysis, lessons learned, and historical reports for future projects.
- Collect, organize, and provide data per established processes.
- Ensure follow‑up action for issue resolution.
- Coaching and guidance to teammates; conduct 1‑on‑1 program reviews.
- Manage approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs.
- Create Get‑to‑Green plans and provide KPI metrics reports.
- Support customer on‑site business reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- Experience in Program Management.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Intermediate Excel skills with training ability.
- Experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports, customer KPIs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1‑3 years of supervisory experience.
- Travel may be required up to 35% of the time.

- Pay range: $91,000.00 - $.
- Position may be remote; telecommute allowed.
