This role will drive profitable revenue growth for ESI in South East Asia for Mac Dermid-Alpha’s Semiconductor and Assembly Solutions business. This person will provide sales leadership and will be accountable for execution of our global BU strategies and break through initiatives, to achieve the company’s annual revenue and margin growth goals for this market. Including: defining and executing the tactics to: (i)
CREATE new opportunities and pipeline for future business growth, (ii) compete and WIN new opportunities to generate profitable new revenue growth, and (iii) defend and GROW our relationships with customers to build a profitable, sustainable, and predictable revenue growth engine for our employees and shareholders for years to come. An experienced sales leader who continues to develop and drive a culture of “Sales Excellence”.
- To lead, develop and grow the commercial organization in line with our global strategic and annual plans with focus on sales execution
- Leads, coaches, and coordinates all selling resources and efforts for the business and all aspects of the revenue lifecycle:
Demand Creation (CREATE.), Opportunity Management (WIN.), Account Management (GROW.) - Drives and manages the sales plan and related sales processes, including forecasting, budgeting and where needed leads price and margin optimization efforts
- Maintains an active role in the development and growth of our most important accounts, including regular engagement with key stakeholders, assist and/or lead negotiations, define and execute on an account plan.
- Proactively develops and implements market development activities to gain exposure and awareness in the market with customers and potential partners
- Recommends and coordinates the marketing needs for to support demand generation and market growth
- Ensures the implementation and adoption of excellence standards including sales metrics, processes, methodologies, tools, CRM and information systems, expense and budget policies, variable compensation, training programs, and other sales related sales excellence initiatives.
