What You Will Do
- Strategic
Collaboration:
Partner with KES business unit leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance performance and market competitiveness. - Performance Optimization:
Provide analytical and strategic support to identify opportunities for improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth. - Change Management:
Support business leaders in implementing transformative initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align efforts with KES's broader vision. - Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets aligned with KES's growth strategy. - Due Diligence:
Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and cultural assessments, to ensure alignment with KES's vision and values. - Investment Analysis:
Develop economics to support decision-making.
- Progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development roles.
- Deep experience in financial and economic decision-making.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in corporate/business development, capital allocation, investments, and acquisitions.
- Experience partnering, leading, and influencing through change initiatives or business transformation.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with in the manufacturing, energy, or related industrial sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques for deal assessment
- Experience working in or with organizations with a global footprint
- M&A experience in developing, originating, analyzing, and executing transactions
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that values innovation and impact.
- Exposure to high-impact decisions and strategic initiatives.
